About the Learnership
The Seriti Engineering Learnership is designed to develop future artisans through structured workplace learning and technical training. Learners will gain practical experience in a mining environment while working towards becoming qualified artisans in their chosen trade.
The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical workplace exposure, enabling learners to develop the technical skills required to maintain, repair and troubleshoot mining equipment and vehicles.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following academic requirements:
Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and Physical Science, obtaining at least a minimum E symbol (40%), together with two relevant N2 trade subjects, or
Minimum N2 qualification with four relevant trade-related subjects.
Diesel Mechanic applicants should have studied:

Diesel Trade Theory or Motor Trade Theory
Auto Electrician applicants should have studied:
