Main Responsibilities
Successful candidates appointed as Multi Service Drivers will be responsible for several important operational and customer service duties.
Duties Include:
Completing all scheduled services daily
Delivering and collecting products and equipment
Communicating with customers on-site after completing services
Reporting customer requests and concerns to management immediately
Ensuring company equipment remains in good working condition
Maintaining and caring for the company vehicle
Following work schedules and route plans issued by controllers
Servicing customers according to daily operational schedules
Representing Servest professionally at all customer locations
Addressing customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Completing daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections
Reporting faulty equipment immediately
Completing and returning service records accurately
Handling customer property with care and professionalism

Minimum Requirements
