Position Overview
Unitrans is seeking hardworking and reliable General Workers to support daily operational activities within warehouses, transport yards, and logistics facilities. Successful candidates will assist with loading, cleaning, maintenance, stock handling, and general operational duties while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Typical Responsibilities
Assist with loading and offloading of goods
Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties
Support warehouse and yard operations
Handle stock and materials safely
Assist drivers and operational teams when required
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Follow all health and safety procedures
Perform manual labour and general support tasks
Report damages or unsafe conditions to supervisors
Minimum Requirements
Grade 10 or Grade 12 advantageous
Physically fit and able to perform manual work
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
Good communication skills
Teamwork and willingness to learn
Previous warehouse or logistics experience advantageous
