Position Overview
MCE Electric is seeking organised, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals to join the warehouse team as Warehouse Pickers and Packers. The successful candidates will assist with picking, packing, shelving, and stock management operations to ensure efficient warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
Pick items from shelves according to order specifications
Ensure accuracy and efficiency when preparing orders
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock
Shelve and organise products within the warehouse
Maintain a clean and organised packing area
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Perform additional warehouse duties as required
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to lift and carry stock when required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting
